Job Description: Summer 2025 Marketing Internship

Centric Brands offers a paid, ten-week summer internship program (early June to mid-August) for undergraduate and recent graduates. The program aims to immerse participants in the company’s business and culture, fostering cross-functional understanding. Interns are paired with mentors for one-on-one learning and professional development, working alongside cross-functional teams to analyze business focuses and present strategic recommendations.

Specific Responsibilities (Marketing Internship):

• Assisting in managing corporate and brand-building initiatives, including executing 360-degree marketing strategies, seasonal photo shoots, and events.
• Managing social media channels: content creation, posting/community management, analysis, and reporting.
• Partnering with divisions and brands on developing, managing, and executing seasonal marketing campaigns and e-commerce shoots.
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal cross-functional teams to align calendars and develop corporate marketing initiatives.
• Updating the marketing calendar, encompassing brand, corporate, e-commerce, digital, and retail events and dates.
• Championing the Centric Cares program, including the volunteer program, and supporting the marketing team in driving, tracking, and reporting philanthropic initiatives across all offices.
• Supporting the photo studio by organizing, steaming, and preparing for on-body and flat-lay shoots.
• Conducting competitive research to understand industry trends and competitor market activities.
• Working on special projects: corporate, brand, and/or division-based projects, potentially including business pitch decks.

Qualifications:

• Must be a college undergraduate (Rising Junior, Rising Senior) or Recent Graduate (during Summer 2025).
• Ability to work in NYC for the full 10-week program.
• Demonstrated interest in the fashion industry (through degree program, prior internships, course selections, or extracurricular activities).
• Superior organizational and communication skills; team-oriented.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail-oriented, meticulous, and creative.
• Creativity, innovation, technical capability, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe products, and PC or Mac computers.

Compensation: $21/hour
