Job Description: Marketing Intern

This internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing within a fast-paced tech startup environment. The intern will support key marketing initiatives, contributing to brand growth and engagement. Specific responsibilities include:

Content Creation & Social Media Management: Assisting in developing and scheduling content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other digital marketing channels.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conducting research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies.
Campaign Support: Helping plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns (email marketing, paid ads, event promotions).
SEO & Website Optimization: Assisting in optimizing website content, tracking SEO performance, and implementing best practices.
Brand & Messaging Consistency: Ensuring all marketing materials align with company brand guidelines.
Data Tracking & Reporting: Monitoring marketing performance metrics, creating reports, and providing insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, and brand strategy in a tech startup.
• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp), and basic SEO principles.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret marketing performance metrics.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Creative problem-solver with a proactive approach to learning.
• Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing experience are a plus but not required.

The internship offers a compensation of $25/hour.
