Job Description: Marketing Intern
Impact:** Interns are matched with projects based on their abilities and business needs. All projects are strategically and/or operationally important to the assigned business unit.
Responsibilities (examples):
• Partner with leadership to identify and address areas for efficiency improvement and benchmarking against industry best practices.
• Become a process owner, critically reviewing processes, and proactively recommending improvements.
• Learn and promote continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., PPI, Six Sigma).
• Support marketing/sales enablement initiatives to drive business results.
• Develop automated data loads and schedules to ensure timely information.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and compile data for various projects.
• Maintain PowerBI and provide reporting support.
• Establish measurements and targets based on historical and forecasted data to develop marketing plans, roadmaps, and tactical elements.
Qualifications:
• Undergraduate student (rising senior) pursuing a Marketing or Business-related degree, graduating between December 2025 and June 2026.
• 0 years of work experience required; previous related internships preferred.
• Consistent track record demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.
• Ability to champion change, drive results, and navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
Geographic Locations: Grand Island, NY; Pittsburgh, PA; Asheville, NC; Fair Lawn, NJ; Hillsboro, OR; Waltham, MA; Carlsbad, CA; San Jose, CA.
Start Date & Duration: May 12th or June 16th, 2025; 10-12 weeks.
Compensation & Relocation: hourly rate between $18.50 – $24.50, dependent on location. A $5,000 relocation stipend is offered if the student lives 50+ miles from the internship location. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. F-1, J-1, H-1, OPT, and CPT visas are not accepted for this internship.
