Job Description: Internship

This internship program forms the foundation of a talented team, contributing to the creation of award-winning programs. Interns will work on campaigns for well-known brands. The internship is a full-time, 40-hour per week commitment running from February to June. The pay rate is $20.00 per hour.

Daily Responsibilities:

Create: Craft written communications, including media materials and engaging social media content.
Research: Analyze brands using various resources.
Engage: Share innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions and team collaborations.
Plan: Assist in event coordination and logistics.
Hustle: Pitch stories to media outlets, develop media lists, track placements, etc.
Monitor: Track brand performance across traditional and social media platforms.

Required Skills and Qualities:

Thinking: Creative and outside-the-box thinking is essential.
Digital: Proficiency in both established and emerging social media platforms, understanding brand strategies and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on concise and compelling messaging.
Management: Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks effectively, and handle unexpected situations. Strong time management skills are crucial.
Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate work.
Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with platforms like Hootsuite, Muck Rack, Cision, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Dynamic: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
Self-Awareness: Understanding of one’s strengths and unique contributions.
