Job Description: Marketing Intern – Summer 2025 (Bloomington, MN)
This is a dynamic 12-week internship (May 19 – August 8, 2025) offering hands-on experience with real-world projects. Interns will:

Intern Impact:
The internship provides comprehensive skill development in: organization, project management, marketing strategies, analytics, and presentation techniques. Specific responsibilities include:
• Strategic Marketing Research: Leading research on marketing effectiveness, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis.
• Project Leadership: Managing a marketing project from conception to completion.
• Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams.
• Market Analysis: Conducting in-depth market data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Creative Input: Developing marketing materials and campaigns.
• Customer Engagement: Gathering customer feedback to shape future strategies.
Qualifications:
• Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with anticipated graduation in December 2025 or May 2026.
• GPA of 3.0+ preferred.
• Proactive and driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to build strong relationships.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
• Comfort with numbers and financial analytics (margins, pricing, etc.).
• Ability to work effectively under ambiguity.
