Job Description:

This 10-week summer internship program offers aspiring marketers a chance to gain hands-on experience and learn from seasoned professionals at one of PepsiCo’s three U.S. headquarters: Chicago, IL (PepsiCo Foods, Gatorade, PBNA Central Division), Purchase, NY (PepsiCo Beverages), or Plano, TX (PepsiCo Foods).

You’ll be tasked with:

Leading impactful business projects: You’ll be presented with a real-world business challenge and encouraged to think critically and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Gaining valuable experience: You’ll learn from experienced marketing professionals and develop your skills in areas like brand positioning, consumer insights, and campaign development.
Making a tangible impact: At the end of the internship, you’ll present a strategic recommendation to senior leadership.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Partnering with agencies to develop brand positioning and communication strategies
• Generating innovative brand activation ideas based on consumer insights

• Developing communication plans for new product launches and promotional events
• Supporting innovation teams in consumer research, concept development, and graphics development
