Job Description: Marketing Intern, Chicago

The Midwest Field Marketing Team at Axis Communications is searching for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to assist with social media, video, and event projects. As an intern, you’ll gain valuable practical experience and apply your skills through projects with specific, measurable objectives that align with the Axis brand’s core priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging multimedia content for digital platforms
• Capture and produce professional-grade videos for multiple initiatives
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure consistency with the brand
• Assist with planning and coordination of events, webinars, and trade shows
• Gather and record data related to marketing and event activities; help to provide data-driven insight and recommendations

• Digital Audio Workstation Familiarity: You have some knowledge of digital audio workstations.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a BS/BA degree in Marketing or a related field
• 0-1 years of relevant marketing experience or internship
• A creative portfolio or work examples to showcase your skills

Physical Demands:

• The position occasionally requires lifting 20-25 lbs.

Compensation:

• $16/hour
