Marketing Internship at CEO

Join our team this fall and help us bring our message to the world!

This paid, hybrid (virtual and in-person) internship provides real-world experience in marketing and communications. We take our internships seriously and offer a collaborative environment where you will learn from experienced professionals and make a genuine impact.

Responsibilities:

Provide support to the Marketing Team, especially in digital communications: This includes assisting with email campaigns, website updates, and social media strategy.
Create engaging content: Design banners, images, and videos to support communication materials.
Analyze performance: Track and report analytics across digital channels for event launches and marketing campaigns.
Manage social media: Create, plan, and monitor engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn platforms.
Contribute to strategic thinking: Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute to campaign development, and support the execution of content strategy.
Stay ahead of the curve: Conduct market research to discover new digital trends and apply them to CEO’s practices.
Ensure timely delivery: Manage your own production schedule to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality work.
Become a brand expert: Gain a deep understanding of CEO’s aesthetic concepts and brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate (junior or senior level) studying marketing, communications, or recent post-grad with equivalent experience.
• Proactive, self-motivated individual who adapts quickly to a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office suite.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exposure to email marketing program delivery and execution (Pardot, MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.).
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, professionalism, and maturity in the workplace.

Internal Relationships:

• You will report to the Digital Communications Manager and interact with all departments.

External Relationships:

• You will occasionally interact with CEO members and various vendors/suppliers.

Location:

• This position is based at CEO’s headquarters office in Washington, DC. Remote work is possible after onboarding, based on availability.
