Marketing Intern – MBA: Dare for Better

PepsiCo’s Marketing Internship offers a unique opportunity to spend your summer tackling real business challenges alongside experienced marketers in one of our three U.S. headquarters: Chicago, IL (PepsiCo Foods & Gatorade), Purchase, NY (Pepsi Beverages), or Plano, TX (PepsiCo Foods). We value fresh perspectives and empower our interns to showcase their ability to deliver meaningful, comprehensive business recommendations.

Here’s what you can expect:

High-Impact Projects: You’ll be entrusted with significant responsibility, creating impactful marketing recommendations that drive PepsiCo’s short and long-term strategic business objectives.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Think like an entrepreneur, but with the backing of a global powerhouse.
Develop Essential Skills: Cultivate and demonstrate functional ownership, leadership, creative thinking, analytical thinking, consumer empathy, and business acumen.
Exposure to Best-in-Class: Gain exposure to top-tier brands, campaigns, and marketers through professional development initiatives and mentorship.

Summer assignments might include:

Brand Strategy: Develop overall strategy for a brand, including in-store and online commercialization ideas to achieve long-term business goals (sales, distribution, market penetration, profits).
Consumer Insights: Leverage consumer insights to understand challenges, be the voice in product, packaging, and communication development, and drive impactful solutions.
New Product Innovation: Build new product concepts and develop compelling launch strategies.
Marketing Programs: Develop and implement impactful consumer promotions, events, and marketing programs.
Social & Digital Campaigns: Design social and digital campaigns, incorporating creative measurement tactics.
Agency Collaboration: Partner with agencies in crafting brand positioning and communication strategies.
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data to understand category and competitive dynamics, guiding strategy and recommendations for future business opportunities.

The Summer Experience:
