Job Description:
2025 Summer Intern: Marketing Intern – Undergrad
This 10-week internship offers a chance to gain valuable hands-on experience and learn from experienced marketing professionals at one of PepsiCo’s three U.S. headquarters: Chicago, IL (PepsiCo Foods, Gatorade, PBNA Central Division), Purchase, NY (PepsiCo Beverages), and Plano, TX (PepsiCo Foods).
Responsibilities:
• Lead impactful business projects: You’ll be presented with a real-world business challenge and tasked with thinking critically and collaborating with cross-functional partners.
• Present strategic recommendations: At the end of the internship, you’ll present your strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Gain autonomy and support: You’ll have significant autonomy, while also receiving full support, guidance, and feedback from your managers and the broader marketing organization.
• Develop key skills: You’ll gain experience in functional ownership, leadership capability, and business acumen.
• Exposure to best-in-class practices: The internship offers exposure to best-in-class brands, campaigns, and marketers through professional development initiatives and mentorship.
Specific responsibilities may include:
• Partnering with agencies on brand positioning and communication strategies
• Generating brand activation ideas based on consumer insights
• Analyzing brand and competitor performance and channel dynamics
• Developing communication plans for new product launches and promotional events
• Supporting innovation teams with consumer analysis, concept development, and graphics development
The Summer Experience:
• 10 weeks of practical marketing experience: You’ll gain hands-on experience in a core marketing function, such as brand, innovation, shopper marketing, or sports marketing.
• Mentorship and networking: You’ll be assigned a mentor/buddy and participate in intern networking events.
• Executive leadership exposure: You’ll have the opportunity to interact with senior leaders.
• Career path insights: You’ll gain insights into various career paths within PepsiCo’s marketing organization.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Hourly pay range: $21.50 – $40.19/hour, determined based on role, degree, and location.

Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026.
• Preferred majors: Business or Marketing, other majors will be considered.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Interest in working in Plano, Texas, Purchase, New York, or Chicago, Illinois.
• Must have indefinite right to work in the United States.
