About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support brand building and content development at DELISHOUS. DELISHOUS is a next-generation kombucha brand rooted in premium tea, focused on delivering a more balanced, low-acid, and refined drinking experience. As we expand across cafes, restaurants, and retail channels, we are also building a strong brand presence across social and digital platforms. This role offers hands-on experience in content creation, brand storytelling, and campaign development within an early-stage beverage startup. You will work closely with the founder and gain real exposure to how a consumer brand is built from 0→1.

What You’ll Do
• Support content creation across Instagram, TikTok, and Red Note
• Assist in developing and executing social media strategies and campaigns
• Contribute to brand storytelling, including copywriting and visual direction
• Brainstorm and propose creative campaign ideas aligned with brand positioning
• Help manage and grow social media accounts (posting, engagement, basic analytics)
• Collaborate with the BD team to support marketing needs for retail and in-store activations
• Assist with photoshoots, content production, and visual asset organization
• Monitor trends, competitors, and emerging content formats in the Food and Beverage space

You’re a Good Fit If You
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college/university
• Strong interest in marketing, branding, or consumer (Food&Beverage) startups
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and/or Red Note content ecosystems
• Strong sense of aesthetics, branding, and what makes engaging content
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to take initiative and contribute ideas, not just execute tasks
• Proficiency in English

Bonus Qualifications
• Prior experience in social media management or content creation
• Skills in photography, copywriting, or design
• Understanding of campaign planning and content strategy
• Interest in food & beverage, wellness, or lifestyle brands
• Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus
