About the Job: Marketing Intern at Nexus Law
Position Overview:
Nexus Law is actively seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Intern to join our team. This is an immediate-start, paid hourly internship designed for students or emerging professionals passionate about digital marketing, brand development, and client engagement. The intern will play a crucial role in enhancing the firm’s online presence, improving client experience, and contributing to growth across both B2B and B2C service lines. You will work directly with the founder and cross-functional teams, gaining invaluable hands-on experience.
Key Requirements:
- Immediate Start: Ready to begin work promptly.
- In-person Presence: Able to work in-person at least twice a week.
- CPT Students Welcome: This opportunity is open to CPT students.
Compensation:
This is a competitive paid hourly internship. The exact hourly rate will be discussed during the interview process, taking into account your experience and availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation
- Develop, create, and publish engaging content across major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Edit and refine both short-form and long-form videos, webinars, and educational materials.
- Draft compelling marketing copy for social media posts, newsletters, and website updates.
- Design and produce branded graphics, reels, and other digital campaign assets.
Digital Marketing and SEO
- Conduct thorough keyword research and implement effective SEO strategies to boost website visibility and search engine rankings.
- Regularly update and maintain service pages, blog posts, and landing pages to ensure relevance and optimal performance.
- Track and analyze marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Insights, and YouTube Studio.
- Support the execution of paid advertising campaigns and assist in evaluating their Return on Investment (ROI).
Marketing Operations and CRM
- Manage lead flow and optimize client journeys using CRM systems and automation tools.
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards, providing monthly performance reports.
- Assist with email marketing initiatives, including audience segmentation and drip campaigns.
- Prepare essential materials for webinars and events, such as scripts, slides, and post-event follow-ups.
Community Outreach and Growth
- Support various field marketing initiatives, including participation in community events, tabling, and developing strategic partnerships.
- Research and coordinate collaborations with local organizations, cultural groups, and vendors.
- Strengthen Nexus Law’s brand presence through consistent messaging and compelling storytelling across all platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s (BS) or Master’s (MS) degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with design and editing platforms such as Canva, Adobe tools, CapCut, or similar software.
- Familiarity with current social media trends, analytics dashboards, and digital marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines effectively.
- An interest in law, immigration services, or professional services marketing is a significant advantage.
