Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Intern. A core responsibility of this position is owning and growing CdpHub’s social media presence. This involves creating engaging content, managing posting schedules, actively engaging with our audience, and tracking performance across key platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other relevant channels.
Beyond social media management, the Marketing Intern will:
- Assist with market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of marketing strategies.
- Support customer service and sales efforts through effective communication.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Developing comprehensive social media content calendars.
- Writing and publishing engaging posts that strategically position CdpHub as a thought leader in the CDP space.
- Analyzing market trends to inform marketing decisions.
- Developing various marketing materials.
- Monitoring social media analytics to continuously refine and optimize strategy.
- Collaborating with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing CdpHub’s brand and outreach.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:
- Experience with or strong interest in social media management, content creation, and growing a brand’s online presence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools, or native platform analytics.
- Proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing trends to support marketing decisions.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and experience with customer service.
- Ability to contribute to marketing strategies and campaigns.
- An eye for writing engaging, professional social media copy for a B2B audience.
- Enthusiasm for learning about the Customer Data Platform (CDP) ecosystem.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and an interest in digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
