Marketing Intern (Consulting Marketing Team)

Forvis Mazars is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Intern to join our Consulting Marketing Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the advancement of Forvis Mazars’ expanding Consulting services by supporting various marketing initiatives.

As a Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in expanding brand awareness and visibility, supporting strategic growth opportunities, leveraging data tools for critical insights and enhanced decision-making, and assisting with the development of new products, services, or initiatives. You will utilize firm resources to achieve these goals within a professional services environment.

This position offers flexibility, as it can be a remote position. Depending on location, the internship may involve a combination of in-person and/or remote work. You will report directly to the Consulting Marketing Leads of our practice units.

How You Will Contribute:

  • Provide tactical support to help execute marketing strategies.
  • Actively participate in Consulting Marketing team meetings to foster collaboration.
  • Assist with conference planning and logistics.
  • Perform comprehensive market research and competitive intelligence.
  • Gather, organize, and analyze internal and external data for strategic marketing purposes.
  • Provide support for thought leadership strategy, including the creation and distribution of newsletters, webinars, and videos.
  • Project manage marketing tasks and campaigns through our Workfront project management system.
  • Enter activity and date accurately in Microsoft CRM.
  • Undertake other various marketing administrative tasks as assigned.

Knowledge Of:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Customer Relationship Management).

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:
  • Must be at least a Sophomore currently pursuing a degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Capable of working 20-25 hours/week.
  • A minimum GPA of 3.5 in major and overall is required (a copy of your unofficial transcript is necessary).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is a prerequisite.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 0-1 years of previous relevant experience.
Work Authorization:
  • Applicants for positions with Forvis Mazars must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
