Job Description: Marketing Insights Intern

Cvent’s Global Demand Center seeks a motivated Marketing Insights Intern to support the Database Marketing team. This role involves analyzing key marketing metrics and preparing reports.

Responsibilities:

Data Interpretation and Reporting: Interpret campaign data, analyze results, create ongoing reports for regional and product-focused marketing teams, and provide recommendations for improving campaign targeting.
KPI Reporting: Report on key marketing performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates, marketing attribution, and lead profile analysis (demographic and firmographic trends).
Team Support: Support major team initiatives including the creation of Sales x Marketing data PowerPoint decks, dashboard audits, and ad-hoc marketing campaign analyses.
Project Coordination: Assist with coordinating project-related meetings, taking notes, and communicating follow-up items.
Campaign Improvement: Leverage data and insights to help marketing campaign owners optimize their email and digital channel programs.

Requirements:

Current (or upcoming) Undergraduate senior or Graduate student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level or higher).
Experience with data visualization in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other related tools.
Strong analytical skills.
Self-motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and collaboratively.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Graduation date: December 2025 or May 2026.
Minimum GPA of 3.0.
