Role Description: Marketing & E-commerce Intern

Hathaway Robotics is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Marketing & E-commerce Intern to join our innovative team. This is a unique opportunity to gain extensive hands-on experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, contributing directly to our brand growth and market presence across both B2B and B2C segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution:
    • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights, supporting informed decision-making.
    • Assist in the development and refinement of marketing strategies that align with business objectives for both industrial and consumer products.
    • Contribute to the planning, execution, and analysis of diverse marketing campaigns across various channels.
    • Support sales enablement initiatives by creating compelling materials and resources that empower our sales team.
    • Aid in fostering strong customer engagement efforts through various touchpoints.
  • Content & Creative Development:
    • Create, manage, and optimize a variety of promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency and messaging effectiveness.
    • Actively participate in product photoshoots, assisting with setup, coordination, and post-production tasks.
    • Support the selection and optimization of advertising assets for digital and traditional campaigns.
    • Prepare compelling creative content for various platforms, including website, social media, and e-commerce listings.
  • E-commerce Management:
    • Provide direct, hands-on support for our Amazon Marketplace (FBA) campaigns, including product listing optimization, keyword research, and ad management.
    • Assist in the day-to-day management and optimization of our Shopify store, focusing on product presentation, user experience, and conversion rate optimization.
    • Monitor and track e-commerce campaign performance, preparing reports and suggesting data-driven improvements.
  • Social Media & Brand Growth:
    • Help manage and strategically grow the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), developing engaging content and interacting with our audience.
    • Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas and insights to the table.

Compensation: An hourly rate of $16.00.

Expected Start Date: February 1, 2026.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in executing market research methodologies and contributing to marketing strategy development, with an ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices, enabling effective assistance in client relationship building and engagement.
  • Familiarity with key digital marketing and advertising platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Amazon Seller Central, Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager), and TikTok Ads.
  • E-commerce experience (e.g., managing online stores, listing products, optimizing campaigns) is a significant advantage.
  • Prior experience working with consumer hardware products or physical goods is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of product lifecycles and marketing challenges.
  • Experience or strong interest in 3D printing technologies is a strong plus, aligning with our core business areas.
