About the Internship Program

MMA’s internship is a comprehensive program designed to provide you with real-world marketing and communications experience. You’ll gain an invaluable overview of the risk management and insurance industries, learning to apply classroom concepts through practical project work and direct colleague interaction. This program is structured to help you develop crucial professional skills that will serve you throughout your career, giving you the chance to discover your interest and place within the insurance sector. Our goal is to offer deep insight into all facets of the industry and act as a springboard into full-time careers in your desired role.

What We Need from You!

• Commitment to developing a career in Marketing & Communications.
• Rising Senior/4th year undergraduate student.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
• Post-graduate geographic desires within the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Attendance throughout the entire program period is required.
