Description: Marketing Co-op
This Marketing Co-op role will play a vital part in developing and implementing marketing programs for Access Solutions Brands. This position will contribute to various internal and external marketing initiatives to support multiple global brands within the access control/security industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Marketing Strategy & Planning: Assist in developing, recommending, and implementing marketing strategies, plans, programs, and measures to drive sales, profitability, and competitive advantage.
• Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread various marketing materials, including press releases, website content, blog posts, social media content, thought leadership articles, case studies, presentations, and sales tools.
• Market Research: Conduct industry and competitive research to inform and support brand marketing strategies and plans.
• Event Management: Support the development and execution of customer events and tradeshows.
• Marketing Analytics: Analyze marketing metrics and create reports (e.g., website, social media, campaigns, event KPIs, SEO).
• Marketing Operations: Support marketing organizational needs, such as asset management and internal communications.
• Collaboration: Work across key stakeholders and teams to build consensus and alignment.

Minimum Currently pursuings:
• Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field of study.
• Graduation Date: Must graduate December 2025 or later.
• Enrollment: Must continue enrollment in the degree program upon completion of the internship.
• Academic Excellence: Validated academic excellence (3.0 GPA and higher).
• Citizenship: Due to US export control laws, must be a US citizen, permanent resident, or have protected status.
Valued Skills:
• Marketing Expertise: Good understanding of marketing principles, marketing analytics, and competitive intelligence.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Other Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, self-driven and proactive, ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, team player, and willing to collaborate.
Preferred Currently pursuings:
• Relevant coursework or previous Co-op experiences.
• Comfort working across cultures in a global corporation.
