Job Description

Role Title: Marketing & Brand Experience Intern

Role Overview:
This is a summer internship opportunity tailored for students or early-career professionals with an interest in marketing, media, and brand building. As a Marketing & Brand Experience Intern, you will play a key role in creative initiatives and efforts to expand the company’s presence within vital cultural and digital communities. Interns will operate within a small cohort, guided by a Growth Associate, and will participate in weekly sessions dedicated to exploring branding, creative strategy, and community-led growth principles.

Responsibilities:
• Contribute to weekly brainstorms focused on content ideas, cultural trends, and user behavior.
• Support campaign activation efforts through grassroots and peer-to-peer outreach.
• Help boost awareness through digital community engagement and seeding strategies.
• Collaborate with your cohort to share creative input and feedback on social content.
• Participate in weekly check-ins with your team leader and present key learnings.

Ideal Candidate:
• Has an interest in branding, media, culture, or the dating/tech space.
• Understands social media, creator trends, and peer influence.
• Is enthusiastic, reliable, and excited to contribute to an early-stage brand.
• Enjoys brainstorming and giving creative input.
• Has access to personal social networks (college, community, or digital).

Details:
Location: Remote
Compensation: Unpaid, summer internship (with potential opportunity to extend for the right candidate)
Commitment: 5 hours per week
