Job Description: Marketing & Brand Experience Intern

Role Overview
This is a summer internship opportunity tailored for students or early-career professionals with an interest in marketing, media, and brand building. The Marketing & Brand Experience Intern will play a direct role in contributing to creative initiatives and helping to expand The Swift Club’s presence within key cultural and digital communities. Interns will work closely within a small cohort, guided by one of the company’s Growth Associates. The program includes weekly touchpoints focused on exploring branding principles, creative strategy, and community-led growth methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
The intern’s contributions will include:
• Participating in weekly brainstorm sessions to generate ideas for content, identify cultural trends, and analyze user behavior.
• Providing support for campaign activation efforts through grassroots and peer-to-peer outreach initiatives.
• Assisting in boosting brand awareness via digital community engagement and strategic content seeding.
• Collaborating with their cohort to share creative input and provide feedback on social content.
• Engaging in weekly check-ins with their team leader and presenting key learnings.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The Swift Club is looking for candidates who:
• Possess a genuine interest in branding, media, culture, or the dating/tech space.
• Demonstrate an understanding of social media dynamics, creator trends, and peer influence.
• Are enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to contribute significantly to an early-stage brand.
• Enjoy brainstorming and offering creative input.
• Have access to personal social networks (e.g., college, community, or digital platforms) that can aid in outreach.

Internship Details
Location: Remote.
Compensation: This is an unpaid summer internship.
Commitment: Requires approximately 5 hours per week.
Potential for Extension: There may be an opportunity to extend the internship for suitable candidates.
