Job Description
Role Title (Implied): (Likely an assistant, coordinator, or social media support role given the tasks)
Responsibilities (YOU WILL):
• Social Media & Brand Image Management: Create and maintain a positive public image of Positive Masculinity across various social media platforms.
• Marketing & Content Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and tell compelling brand stories.
• Executive & Administrative Support:
• Provide direct assistance to the founder and CEO, including note-taking during meetings and events.
• Manage and organize active calendars, scheduling and booking various meetings.
• Annotate meeting discussions for records and follow-ups.
• Assign special projects to relevant teams as requested.
• Handle email responses and attend video conferences on behalf of the CEO.
• Data & Communication Management:
• Update, organize, and maintain the company’s email lists.
• Manage and organize files within the storage drive.
• Answer incoming emails and inquiries.
• Public Representation: Occasionally represent Positive Masculinity at external engagements, including public meetings, seminars, podcasts, and online webinars.
• Confidentiality & Compliance: Uphold strict confidentiality of all company information and data, adhering consistently to Positive Masculinity’s established policies and procedures.
