Marketing and Customer Experience Co-op/Internship at Honda Digital Services & Marketing

This co-op/internship program offers hands-on, project-based work in the Digital Services and Customer Experience (CX) divisions. You will have the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Digital Services:

Focus: This role will support Business Leads in the Digital Services group, focusing on opportunities within the Connected space.
Responsibilities:
• Study Digital Services business opportunities.
• Build business cases for potential opportunities.
• Present results of business case creation, including market sizing, financial simulation, and research.

Customer Experience:

Focus: The CX division aims to build customer loyalty by improving satisfaction and promoting Honda brands and products.
Responsibilities:
• Support CX initiatives and the scaling up of initiatives to achieve measurable results from digital systems.
• Coordinate production support and enhance CX products.
