Marketing and Customer Experience Co-op/Internship

This role offers opportunities in two areas: Digital Services & Marketing and Customer Experience.

Digital Services & Marketing:

• This role will support Business Lead(s) in the Digital Services business group, focusing on the Connected space.
• Responsibilities include studying business opportunities, building business cases for potential opportunities, conducting market sizing, financial simulations, and research.

Customer Experience:

• The Customer Experience (CX) division is dedicated to building customer loyalty by improving customer satisfaction and creating promoters for Honda’s brands and products.
• The Co-op will support CX initiatives, including the scaling up of initiatives to achieve measurable results from digital systems, and assist with the coordination of production support and enhancement of CX products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Customer service and interpersonal skills
• Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Minimum 2.5 Cumulative GPA or higher
• Class status: Sophomore (by credit hour) or above
• Availability to work a minimum of 10 weeks at 40 hours per week
• Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program studying Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License (exceptions considered on a case-by-case basis)
• Ability to secure own transportation to and from work each day

Location:

Torrance, California (30 minutes south of Downtown Los Angeles, California)
