## Marketing and Customer Experience Co-op/Internship Description

This program offers opportunities within two key areas:

Digital Services & Marketing: This role supports Business Leads within the Digital Services business group, focusing on Connected space opportunities. You’ll study potential opportunities, build business cases, and present results through market sizing, financial simulation, and research.

Customer Experience (CX): The CX division focuses on building customer loyalty and creating promoters for Honda brands and products. You’ll support initiatives to transform the customer experience across all channels and improve associate & dealer experience through systems, processes, and capabilities. This role involves supporting the coordination of production support and enhancement of CX products.

## Key Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Customer service and interpersonal skills
• Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Minimum 2.5 Cumulative GPA or higher
• Class status – Sophomore (by credit hour) or above
• Availability to work a minimum of 10 weeks at 40 hours per week
• Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program studying Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License (exceptions considered on a case-by-case basis)
• Ability to secure own transportation to and from work each day
