Marketing and Customer Experience Co-op/Internship
This internship program offers hands-on, project-based work experience within Honda’s Marketing and Customer Experience departments. The program aims to provide students with valuable insights and practical skills relevant to their chosen field.
Specific Opportunities:
• Digital Services & Marketing: This role involves supporting business leads in the Digital Services group, researching and developing business cases for potential opportunities in the connected space. The intern will conduct market sizing, financial simulations, and research to support these business cases.
• Customer Experience (CX): This role focuses on supporting CX initiatives aimed at building customer loyalty and improving customer satisfaction. The intern will assist in scaling up CX initiatives to achieve measurable results from digital systems and support the coordination of production support and enhancement of CX products.
Responsibilities:
• Study Digital Services business opportunities with a focus on the connected space.
• Build business cases for potential opportunities and present results of business case creation.
• Conduct market sizing, financial simulation, and research.
• Support CX initiatives and the scaling up of initiatives to achieve measurable results from digital systems.
• Support the coordination of production support and enhancement of CX products.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Passionate about marketing, digital marketing, customer experience, or related fields.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A minimum of 2.5 GPA or higher.
• Sophomore (by credit hours) or above.
• Available to work a minimum of 10 weeks at 40 hours per week.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Ability to secure own transportation to and from work.
• Bonus points for knowledge of social media platforms, research and data analysis skills, and passion for sustainability and safety.
Location: Torrance, California (30 minutes south of Downtown Los Angeles, California).
