Marketing and Customer Experience Co-op/Internship at Honda Digital Services & Marketing
This Co-op/Internship program focuses on two key areas:
Digital Services:
• Role: Supporting Business Lead(s) in the Digital Services business group.
• Focus: Studying Digital Services business opportunities, primarily in the Connected space.
• Responsibilities: Building business cases for potential opportunities, presenting results, conducting market sizing, financial simulation, and research.
Customer Experience (CX):
• Goal: Building customer loyalty by improving satisfaction and creating promoters for Honda brands and products.
• Approach: Transforming the customer experience across all channels and improving associate & dealer experience through system, process, and capability improvements.
• Role: Supporting CX initiatives and scaling up initiatives to achieve measurable results from digital systems.
• Responsibilities: Supporting coordination of production support and enhancement of CX products.
