Job Description:

Electra Vehicles, Inc. is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing and Communications Intern to join their team. This is a full-time, temporary, paid internship, with an expectation of 40 hours per week. The internship is structured for two consecutive 3-month terms, totaling 6 months. The ideal candidate is a student or recent graduate looking for comprehensive hands-on marketing and communications experience. The intern will focus on learning and contributing directly to the team’s efforts across various tasks.

Key Responsibilities include:

Graphic Design:
• Designing and developing graphic content for presentation decks, brochures, and other marketing materials to support campaigns and presentations.
Event Support:
• Assisting with the end-to-end planning and execution of events, with a primary focus on CES Las Vegas.
• Gathering and analyzing participant information and managing logistics for events.
• Analyzing event results and preparing reports on their effectiveness.
Social Media Management:
• Managing and scheduling content across various platforms, especially LinkedIn, under the guidance of the marketing team.
• Helping maintain the editorial calendar to ensure consistent and timely content publication.
• Analyzing social media performance to enhance engagement strategies.
ABM & Marketing Campaign Support:
• Supporting the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and automations by contributing ideas and research.
• Assisting in maintaining the CRM (HubSpot) database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information, including managing contacts, leads, etc.
• Analyzing campaign results and preparing reports on their effectiveness.
Website Management Support:
• Assisting with updating and managing the website’s content, ensuring all information is current and aligns with SEO best practices.
• Monitoring website analytics and contributing to improving user engagement and traffic.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Currently studying, recently graduated, or possessing equivalent experience/training in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, curious, and a team player with excellent organizational abilities.
• Eager to learn and grow in areas such as marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), SEO, and digital marketing.
• Passionate about design, with attention to detail and a flair for visuals; familiarity with Adobe Suite is preferred.
• Familiarity with social media tools.
