Job Description:

This position focuses on managing and optimizing The Estée Lauder Companies’ Global Gift with Purchase (GWP) program and Derm Concern Kit program. The role requires a blend of analytical skills, marketing expertise, and cross-functional collaboration. Specific responsibilities include:

Program Performance Analysis & Optimization: Analyzing program performance data, creating KPI reports, and using data-driven insights to improve future campaigns. This includes tracking industry trends and competitive activity through quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Market Research & Trend Identification: Engaging with regional teams to identify emerging trends, shifts in consumer behavior, and market-specific business priorities, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategies.

Program Management & Execution: Managing program details for regional teams, working with the Director to guide forecasting, 360° go-to-market strategies, and overall program execution. This also includes overseeing program documentation and maintaining internal systems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serving as the primary liaison for cross-functional teams, resolving challenges related to the GWP program.

Sample Size Development: Partnering with category global marketing and cross-functional teams to develop promotional sizes for new and existing product launches.

Program Development & Execution: Leading the development of the twice-yearly Global Gift with Purchase (GWP) program and the annual Derm Concern Kit program. This involves collaborating with global partners and internal teams to create compelling promotional programs and ensure successful execution and delivery.
