About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Market Intelligence Intern to contribute to market research, FOIA requests, sales reporting, and more. Based in our modern Irvine office, you will be fully immersed in every aspect of our vibrant sales environment, working towards “Today’s support for tomorrow’s success.”

What You’ll Be Doing

As an integral part of the Commercial Operations Team, your responsibilities will primarily include:

• In-depth Market Research: Researching Mobile Network Operator (MNO) markets, identifying vertical and regional priorities, and analyzing market share.
• Financial Reporting Analysis: Attending and summarizing MNO quarterly financial reports and meeting notes to extract key insights.
• Internal Market Reporting: Researching and creating comprehensive internal market reports across various verticals, including Commercial Real Estate, sports and entertainment, medical infrastructure, and others.
• Strategic FOIA Support: Assisting with strategic Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests to gather essential data.
• Marketing Asset Management: Managing and creating impactful marketing assets utilizing our existing portfolio.
• Data System Maintenance: Reviewing and maintaining internal data systems and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms such as Salesforce.
• Data Report Creation: Generating data reports to support strategic planning and crucial sales initiatives.
• Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertaking other tasks as assigned to support the team’s objectives.

What You’ll Bring

• Academic Enrollment: Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in technology, marketing, or finance.
• Academic Standing: A 3rd-year undergraduate or above with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Research Aptitude: Basic research skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Understanding of Microsoft Suite (MS Suite).
• Data Presentation: Capability in Data Visualization.
• Valuable Plus Points: A basic understanding of financial reports, legal processes, and/or data analytics is a definite advantage.
