Detailed Job Description:

This posting is a prescreening for various internship opportunities within Intel’s Manufacturing and Product Engineering (MPE) group, specifically targeting Spring 2025 and Summer 2025. The internships offer hands-on experience in the dynamic world of semiconductor manufacturing.

Responsibilities: Interns will contribute to the development and optimization of cutting-edge manufacturing processes. This includes:

• Collaborating on the design and optimization of factory layouts.
• Tailoring machinery to meet production needs.
• Innovating procedures to enhance manufacturing efficiency and performance.
• Working across various engineering specializations, such as Operations, Module Engineering, Process Integration, and more.
• Developing problem-solving, teamwork, and technical expertise in a high-tech environment.
• Contributing to maintaining high standards and top performance in manufacturing facilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled/pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Microelectronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related STEM field.
• 3+ months of educational or industry experience.

Important Notes:

• This position is not eligible for employment-based visa/immigration sponsorship.
• The internship is for Spring 2025 and Summer 2025 start dates.
• Relocation benefits may be available (depending on location and role).
• Job location will be at one of Intel’s US manufacturing or technology development sites (Oregon, California, New Mexico, Arizona). Specific location and work modality will be determined upon offer.
• The position is not available in Colorado.
