Highlights of Your Role:

• Apply technical skills acquired in your degree program to real-world manufacturing applications.
• Support diverse engineering tasks, including safety projects, conducting time studies, performing bottleneck analysis, creating value stream maps, updating facility layouts, drafting fixture drawings, and developing standard work procedures.
• Collaborate with various teams on engineering projects and regularly share progress updates with Plant Leadership.
• Enjoy access to your own dedicated workstation, equipped with industry-standard software like AutoCAD and Inventor.

You’re a Good Fit If You Have (or If You Can):

• Current enrollment in an Engineering degree program, or equivalent experience.
• Previous internship experience (helpful, but not required).
