About the Manufacturing Engineer Co-op Program:

Duration: Approximately 12 weeks during the Fall term.

Location: Various manufacturing sites in the US.

Program Overview:

Hands-on Experience: You’ll be placed at an Owens Corning manufacturing plant and mentored by seasoned technical specialists.
Value-added Projects: You’ll work on projects focusing on:
Safety leadership
Process and product improvement
Productivity increases
Waste elimination
Total Productive Maintenance
Skill Development: You’ll develop key competencies essential for a successful manufacturing engineer:
Troubleshooting and problem-solving

Post-Co-op Opportunities:

• Potential for an additional internship/co-op or full-time employment in Owens Corning’s Operation Leadership Development Programs upon graduation.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant STEM major.
• Previous relevant internships/co-ops in a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated leadership in professional, service, or social organizations.
• Willingness and flexibility to relocate.
