What You’ll Actually Do
• Undergo Comprehensive Training: Participate in a paid, full-time, hands-on program designed to develop and prepare you for a management career with Menards.
• Develop Business Acumen: Work directly with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to gain a thorough understanding of Menards’ business operations.
• Prepare for Leadership: Progress through the training program to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to assume a management role in the near future.
• Build Your Career Path: Engage with Menards’ promote-from-within culture, which fosters the growth of leaders from within the company.
• Access Broad Opportunities: Upon completion, become eligible for management positions across Menards’ 330+ Store Locations, Corporate Office, Manufacturing Facilities, and Distribution Centers.
