• Tech Stack: Multiple programming languages, technologies, and platforms, including object-oriented languages such as Java, Python, C#, C++.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, supporting their career growth and building a positive, inclusive, and high-performing environment.
• Align technical execution with business priorities, providing clarity, direction, and support to deliver complex technical initiatives effectively.
• Own the reliability, performance, and supportability of your team’s services in production, including active incident response and continuous improvement efforts.
• Hold your team to high standards for software quality, predictable delivery, and operational readiness, planning capacity and priorities for sustainable output.
• Partner with engineering, product, customer success, and implementation teams to define priorities, shape the roadmap, and influence architectural decisions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field, or equivalent work experience, for a Manager-level position.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience building and directly managing engineering teams; 8+ years of software development experience building cloud-based applications; Experience owning delivery and production operations for software services.
• Skills: Object-oriented programming (Java, Python, C#, C++), cloud-based application development, technical leadership, people management, cross-functional communication, incident response, mentoring, capacity planning.
