What You’ll Actually Do
• Guest Experience: Deliver a one-of-a-kind, memorable experience for every guest at Sonny’s BBQ.
• Team Leadership: Guide and develop hourly team members through hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation processes.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure the smooth execution of all operational policies, procedures, and programs within the store.
• Team Support: Serve as a primary resource for hourly team members, proactively addressing their individual needs and concerns daily.
• Performance Management: Set clear performance benchmarks for hourly team members and ensure company expectations are met through consistent follow-up and communication.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Managerial level with a focus on restaurant operations and team development.
• Experience: At least two years of restaurant management experience.
• Skills: Ability to effectively speak and read English, interpret operational documents, write routine reports, and communicate clearly to guests and staff. Strong interpersonal, time management, reading, writing, and mathematical skills are essential. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs, are also required.
