Manager Commercial Graduate Program Vaccines | Sanofi

The Tone:
This is a full-time leadership development program position at Sanofi, located in Cambridge, MA. • Team: One Sanofi Leadership Development Program, within a selected business unit (Specialty Care, Vaccines, or General Medicines).
• Mission: To develop a leadership pipeline of early top talent through experiential learning and strategic assignments within Sanofi’s commercial and related functions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategic View Development: Develop a long-term strategic view of disease area portfolios.
• Brand Strategy Contribution: Contribute to the development and execution of brand strategies and supporting tactical plans.
• Pricing Strategy Support: Support the team in developing optimal pricing strategies across indications for various brands, including researching strategies in major markets.
• Budget and Strat-Plan Coordination: Coordinate budget and strategic plans, preparing presentations for leadership teams and internal governance reviews.
• Business Development Activities: Drive business development activities such as diligence, modeling, business case development, company or market research, and deal negotiation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree and an MBA degree are required.
• Experience: At least three years of work experience, ideally in a relevant area such as biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, finance, science, marketing, sales, operations, healthcare consulting, strategy, or investment banking. Willingness to relocate for sales and subsequent rotations is essential.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, interpersonal savviness, the ability to collaborate effectively across boundaries, a solutions-oriented approach, and strong analytical capabilities.
• Bonus: A desire to serve patients, passion for patient well-being, an above-the-line mentality, the ability to package and present cohesive insights and learning, demonstrated ability to take action and smart risks, and a high ambition for learning and career growth.
