• Team: Reports to store and district leadership
• Mission: Prepare individuals for a variety of management roles by developing skills in store operations, team leadership, and customer service.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Leadership Development: Participate in hands-on leadership training and support store leadership in coaching and motivating team members.
• Customer Experience: Deliver and reinforce exceptional customer service standards while effectively resolving customer concerns.
• Operational Management: Gain exposure to daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and financial metrics.
• Talent Acquisition: Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training processes to foster a valued and growing associate team.
• Safety & Loss Prevention: Promote a safe environment for customers and employees, learning and following loss prevention standards.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager career level, with core domain knowledge in retail or hospitality.
• Experience: 2+ years of leadership experience, demonstrating potential to lead teams and deliver results in a retail or related field.
• Skills: Strong leadership potential, operational aptitude, a customer-focused approach, clear communication, and adaptability to new challenges and flexible schedules.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
