The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Bridgestone Retail Operations, part of Bridgestone Americas, with operations across North America. Bridgestone Retail Operations employs over 22,000 teammates and manages more than 2,200 company-owned stores like Firestone Complete Auto Care, Tires Plus, and Wheel Works, generating over $4.5 billion in sales. This role is crucial for developing future leaders who will drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction across their extensive retail network.

• Pay: $17.50–$26.30 hourly
• Team: Reports to retail leadership within the market
• Mission: To prepare for future Store Manager leadership opportunities by gaining hands-on experience in retail operations, customer engagement, and sales.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Training: Successfully complete all required training modules and demonstrate necessary leadership competencies.
• Operations: Support daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
• Team Leadership: Learn to lead and coach teammates, assist with scheduling, and contribute to team development.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to drive sales and ensure high satisfaction.
• Physical Duties: Participate in essential physical store duties such as unloading shipments, changing tires, and maintaining cleanliness.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager in Training career level with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Interest in retail management and a willingness to complete required training, along with a valid driver’s license.
• Skills: Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Bonus: Prior management experience, leadership and development experience with multi-person direct reports, or a successful P&L track record.
