What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and partners, representing the company and delivering excellent service.
• Operational Management: Master the comprehensive operational processes and become the behind-the-scenes expert for a neighborhood branch.
• Business Development: Cultivate new business relationships and foster connections within the community to drive branch growth.
• Leadership Training: Acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively manage and develop your own team and eventually run a branch.
• Business Acumen: Develop expertise in areas such as sales, marketing, finance, and overall branch operations through hands-on learning.
The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree is required for this early-career management development position. The role is designed for individuals seeking to start and build a career within the mobility solutions industry, focusing on operational, sales, and customer service leadership.
• Experience: Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Essential experience includes possessing a valid driver’s license and maintaining a clean driving record, specifically with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents recorded in the last three years. Furthermore, candidates must have no drug or alcohol-related incidents on their driving record within the past three years, such as DUIs, DWIs, failed breath tests, or similar agreements.
• Skills: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. This position does not support work authorization sponsorship by Enterprise Mobility, either currently or in the future.
