Job Description – Manager in the SAP Offering

Work you’ll do:

As a Manager in the SAP Offering, you will contribute to the growth and success of Deloitte Consulting LLP and the SAP Offering in a variety of ways, including:

Client Service: Advise clients on leading practices and technology/industry trends, build lasting relationships, and manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors. Analyze and improve business processes through SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices in semiconductor manufacturing.
Delivery: Oversee SAP projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Lead client engagement workstreams on Semiconductor industry projects with focus on SAP Supply Chain process design, optimization, and transformation using S/4 HANA.
Eminence: Contribute to go-to-market and internal initiatives to drive growth of the practice, drive efficiency and profitability.
People Development: Perform the role of mentor and coach to help junior staff achieve their career objectives. Actively participate in onboarding activities. Provide leadership and support for staff on projects and in local offices.
Business Development: Participate in sales pursuit efforts as a team member or subject matter advisor. Develop and maintain relationships with client stakeholders to establish and maintain our status as a trusted advisor.

Each SAP implementation focuses on achieving results that support businesses strategies through process improvement, technology, and innovation. Their work is varied and challenging, involving clients considering first time implementations as well as those experienced businesses looking to enhance their business applications. They work with clients who want to improve their ability to react in the digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Qualifications Required:

• At least 8 years’ relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large or boutique consulting firm, or serving as an internal consultant within industry
• At least 4 years of experience working in the Semiconductor industry or with Semiconductor clients
• Hands-on functional configuration and design experience with SAP Manufacturing modules including – SAP MM, SAP PP, SAP SD, and SAP MES
• Participation in all phases of at least 4 end to end full life cycle implementation with a focus SAP Manufacturing modules in the Semiconductor industry
• Technical or functional lead on at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP implementations
• Understanding of Semiconductor Industry product structures and manufacturing stages (Fab, Bump, Sort, Assembly, Test etc.)
• S4 HANA implementation experience
• Ability to travel up to 50% based on work you do and the client and industries/sectors you serve
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Desired:

• Experience leading discussions with Clients, SAP, SAP Partners, Developers, and Architects
• Experience in Materials Planning and contract manufacturer management processes in the Semiconductor industry
• Experience with modeling lot splitting and lot merges in SAP
• Understanding of SAP ASAP and Agile methodologies
• Experience leading pre-sales, proposal, and RFPs
• SAP certification in relevant modules
• Signavio experience
• Greenfield implementation experience
• Master’s degree

Compensation:

The wage range for this role is $131,175 to $218,625. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
