• Mission: To learn the business from day one, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and as an operational expert, with the goal of eventually running a branch.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Learn the Business: Begin learning the core business operations from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as a Representative: Act as both the primary point of contact for customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Cultivate Opportunities: Develop new business opportunities and engage with the community to establish relationships vital for growth.
• Develop Leadership: Receive essential guidance and mentoring to develop your team and eventually run your own branch.
• Master Key Areas: Receive training to excel in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with an emphasis on a customer-first culture.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree is required for this early career professional management training program.
• Experience: Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and customer service (e.g., commission sales, retail, serving, hospitality) or leadership (e.g., military, athletics, community, social, or academic organizations).
• Skills: Possess a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, and authorization to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
• Availability: Must be at least 18 years old and available to work an average of 46 hours per week, aside from religious observations. Must also live within a one-hour commute to the Clifton Park location within 30 days of the anticipated start date.
