Responsibilities:
As a Management Trainee (MT), you will begin learning our business from day one at one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. Our structured program will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to:
- Eventually run your own branch.
- Cultivate new business opportunities.
- Develop your team.
In this hands-on learning environment, you will receive essential guidance, mentoring, and support. You will also engage with the community to establish relationships vital for business growth.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in any of the following areas:
- Sales & Customer Service: Commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry.
- Leadership: Military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations.
- Driving Requirement: The ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function. Applicants must possess a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license.
- Commute: Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) you are applying to within 30 days of the anticipated start date.
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company now or in the future.
- Availability: Aside from religious observations, must be available to work an average of 46 hours per week.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
