Management Training Program | Enterprise Mobility

• Mission: To learn and master the business operations and customer service skills necessary to lead a branch and cultivate new business relationships.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and partners, representing the Enterprise brand.
• Operational Expertise: Manage behind-the-scenes operations, ensuring efficient daily branch functions.
• Sales & Marketing: Master techniques in sales and marketing to drive business growth and customer acquisition.
• Financial & Operations Management: Learn to manage financial aspects and operational processes of a branch.
• Business Development: Cultivate new business relationships within the community to expand market reach.
• Team Development: Develop and mentor team members, fostering their growth and performance within the branch.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required. This role is an entry-level management training position.
• Experience: Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in any of the following: sales and customer service (e.g., commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry) OR leadership (e.g., military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations).
• Skills: Demonstrated capability in customer service and sales; aptitude for learning financial and operational management; ability to cultivate new business relationships and develop team members; valid, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license with the ability to operate a motor vehicle; proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English; authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship; available to work an average of 46 hours per week; ability to commute within 1 hour to listed locations within 30 days of anticipated start date; must be at least 18 years old.
