What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Immersion: Rotate through various departments to gain in-depth business knowledge from a leadership perspective.
• Customer Engagement: Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Strategic Analysis: Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Operational Collaboration: Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months. This program is designed for individuals looking to develop leadership skills and gain hands-on experience.
• Experience: No specific years required. Candidates must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Skills: Active driver’s license; at least 21 years of age; ability to obtain a DOT medical certification; provide documentation regarding previous employment.
• Bonus: Co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role; a business or related academic major; a leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities; willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end, of the program.
