What You’ll Actually Do
• Learn management fundamentals: Gain the essential knowledge and practical experience required for promotion to a management position, under the guidance of experienced professionals.
• Engage in comprehensive training: Undertake duties and learn processes across various departments, specifically including Production, Sales Operations, and other areas pertinent to the insulation business.
• Understand insulation operations: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company’s insulation business, its products, and operational workflows.
• Master branch management: Learn every aspect involved in effectively running a branch operation, from daily activities to strategic oversight.
• Fulfill travel and relocation requirements: Be prepared to travel as needed for training purposes and to relocate for a permanent assignment upon completion of the training program.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or have a minimum of two years of relevant experience in construction management or distribution services.
• Experience: A minimum of two years of direct experience in construction management or distribution services is required. Additionally, prior Operations Management experience, particularly within the building materials or construction-related industry, is preferred. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Skills: Demonstrated openness to learning new things, a proactive approach to taking chances, and a genuine interest in understanding every facet of running a branch operation. A valid driver’s license is necessary if the role requires operating a Company Vehicle.
• Bonus: A strong willingness to travel as needed for training opportunities and to relocate for permanent assignment upon completion of the training period is completed.
