What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotations: Immerse in business operations from a leadership viewpoint through departmental rotations.
• Sales: Promote products and services and build customer relationships through outside sales activities.
• Service: Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly to provide exceptional customer service.
• Analysis: Assist in making informed business decisions by analyzing sales data.
• Collaboration: Work with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree obtained or expected within six months; Entry-level career stage.
• Experience: Active driver’s license.
• Bonus: Co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative role; A business or otherwise related academic major; Demonstrated leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities; Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program.
