What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotation: Immerse in the business through departmental rotations, gaining a leadership viewpoint.
• Sales: Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services and build customer relationships.
• Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Analysis: Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional who has obtained or will obtain a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Experience: None specified beyond educational attainment.
• Skills: Active driver’s license.
• Bonus: Co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative role; a business or otherwise related academic major; a leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities; willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program.
