What You’ll Actually Do
• Department Rotation: Immerse in core business functions, gaining comprehensive insights into operations from a leadership perspective.
• Sales Engagement: Actively participate in outside sales activities, promoting Cintas’ products and services while fostering strong customer relationships.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Data Analysis: Assist in the analysis of sales data and other key metrics to inform strategic business decisions and improve performance.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with experienced leaders on diverse projects focused on sales management and enhancing operational efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must possess, or be within six months of obtaining, a Bachelor’s degree. This entry-level position is designed for individuals eager to develop leadership capabilities within a dynamic business environment.
• Experience: No specific professional experience is required. However, preferred candidates will have prior co-op or internship experience in customer service, sales, production, or administrative roles.
• Skills: Possess an active driver’s license; Demonstrate foundational analytical skills for data interpretation; Exhibit strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities to manage customer interactions and resolve issues.
• Bonus: A degree in business or a related academic major is preferred. Prior experience in a leadership or management role on campus or in extracurricular activities is a plus. Candidates should also demonstrate a willingness to relocate regionally during or upon completion of the program.
