What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotation: Immerse in core business functions and departments from a leadership perspective.
• Sales: Engage in outside sales activities to promote Cintas products and services and cultivate customer relationships.
• Service: Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Analysis: Analyze sales data and contribute to data-driven business decisions.
• Collaboration: Work with experienced leaders on projects focused on sales management and operational efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must possess or be on track to obtain a Bachelor’s degree within six months, demonstrating a readiness to develop core leadership skills and gain comprehensive business knowledge across multiple operational areas like sales, production, and office management. This is an entry-level program designed for individuals seeking significant career advancement.
• Experience: An active driver’s license is required for this role, enabling participation in outside sales activities and potentially regional relocation.
• Skills: Strong customer service skills are essential for addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Analytical abilities are necessary for evaluating sales data and assisting in informed business decisions. The ability to collaborate effectively with key leaders on various projects and strong communication skills for building customer relationships are also key.
• Bonus: Preferred qualifications include prior co-op or internship experience in customer service, sales, production, or an administrative role. A business or other related academic major is beneficial. Candidates who have held leadership or management roles in campus organizations or related extracurricular activities are highly valued. Furthermore, a willingness to relocate regionally either during or at the conclusion of the program is preferred for broader career advancement opportunities.
