Management Trainee | Enterprise

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Enterprise, located in Logan, UT. Enterprise Mobility is a leading global provider of mobility solutions, owning and operating the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car brands through an integrated global network. This Management Training program is designed to develop future leaders who will learn the business from day one, eventually running their own branch, cultivating new business, and developing their team within the company.

• Mission: This person will master the knowledge and skills to manage a branch, cultivate new business, and develop their team within Enterprise’s mobility solutions business.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Facing: Serve as the primary company representative to customers and partners.
• Operational Management: Operate as the behind-the-scenes operational expert for the business.
• Business Development: Cultivate new business relationships within the community.
• Team Leadership: Develop and mentor your own team within the branch.
• Branch Management: Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree, or actively pursuing and within 2 semesters of graduating. This is an early career, entry-level position.
• Experience: Possess a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the last 3 years. No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Skills: Strong aptitude for customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations. Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
