Job Description: Management Intern
This is a Part-Time, Paid Management Internship position with immediate openings available.
Key Features of the Role:
• Program Structure: A 12-week hands-on training program specifically designed to develop and prepare individuals for a career in Retail Management.
• Training & Development: Interns will receive on-the-job training and work closely with their General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members. The program aims to build a deep understanding of the Menards business model and prepare interns for a future management role.
• Skill Enhancement: Participants will have the opportunity to develop and strengthen crucial skills, including organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Practical Experience: The internship provides valuable hands-on management experience.
• Career Path: The program is a direct pathway to potentially taking on a management role within Menards in the near future.
Compensation & Benefits:
• This is a paid position.
• An extra $3 per hour is provided for shifts worked on Saturdays and Sundays.
